In today's article, we will skip the diet a bit and premiere the Literary Cooking section, where we will find all kinds of recipes related to the world of the novel and comics.

Today we have the famous roast beef roll that we can see in Mangas and Animes as popular as Dragon ball or One Piece.

One Piece/Source: Fotolog.com

The ingredients that we are going to need for our meat are the following:
350gr Carne Picada de Pollo
10 Slices of Bacon
4 chicken thighs
1/2 Onion Chopped
2 Eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 Tablespoon Sweet paprika
1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic poder

Honey and Mustard Sauce:
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Honey

Original BBQ Sauce ... Or so they say (You can buy it in the supermarket already made):
250gr Ketchup
1 glass of Coke
1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon White Vinegar
1 pinch of sweet paprika, ground black pepper and garlic poder

Buffalo sauce (WARNING: Very spicy), although it is more common for chicken wings here it was great:
100gr Butter
50ml Spicy sauce (I use Frank's wings sauce)
1 tablespoon vinegar
A pinch of sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper

Before going to preparation, as there are different tastes, I have decided to explain it with three different sauces. Use whatever you like.

Preparation:
1- The first thing that we are going to do is to cut half onion in very small pieces, put them in a bowl, covered with transparent film and put it in the microwave for one minute.

2- Now let's prepare the chicken: We have to go from one end of the wing to the other with the aid of scissors. We must make sure we carefully cut off all tendons on top.
It should look something like this:

3- We have to cook two eggs for ten minutes, we peel them and reserve them for later.

4- In a bowl we put the onion that we had reserved next to a beaten egg yolk, half a tablespoon of black pepper, another of sweet paprika, And another of garlic powder. We remove it well, add the minced meat and remove again; Add the salt and give it a few laps.

Mounting the meat roll:
1- We put five slices of bacon overlapping each other. We put the half of the minced meat and the boiled egg in the middle.

2- Next we pass the chicken thighs for flour, and put them on the ends of the egg.

3- We roll up from one end with care not to disassemble it and we will have our roll.

With the oven preheated to 200º, we put the rolls of meat. It is advisable to use oven paper so that it does not stick. In case of not having, we can spread oil or butter on the surface of the tray.

While we have the rolls in the oven we will start with the sauce:

Honey and mustard sauce:
1- We put two small spoonfuls of soy sauce, One of honey and another of mustard in a bowl and stir well.

BBQ Sauce:
1- In a small pot or saucepan we heat the vinegar and let reduce a Little. Add the mustard and honey and stirring.

2- When they have mixed well, add the kétchup.

3- Now that the ingredients have been integrated, we proceed with Coca Cola and spices.

4- We let it reduce a few minutes and we have it ready. The flavor can be corrected by adding more soy or mustard, depending on the taste of each.

Buffalo Sauce:
1- Melt the butter over low heat along with spicy sauce, A pinch of sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

2 - We mix well without letting it boil and we have our sauce ready.

Once we have chosen the sauce that we will use, we take the roll of meat from the oven and lacquer with the sauce abundantly.

We return it to the oven for another seven minutes. We repeat the process again but this time we will leave only five minutes inside the oven.

And we already have our roll of meat ready to eat.
